A visitor

Last night we had a visitor on board. There was no moon and stars so it took us a while to figure out who was on board. It was a young stormpetrel that probably did not see us in the dark and hit our rigging and dropped down. It was sitting a bit bewildered on deck. But not for long because the people that tried to lend a helping hand were being scared away. We put him in a bucket on deck and the next day he was gone. No one knows how, when and where he went..
