'Oosterschelde' coming home!

On the 30th of April at 4pm the ‘Oosterschelde’ will arrive in the Veerhaven in Rotterdam. In 18 months we visited 14 countries on 5 continents, rounded 3 well-known capes and over 45000 nautical miles were sailed. This calls for a welcome home party!
Will you be there to celebrate with us? It is possible to meet the ‘Oosterschelde’ on the river. Sail with the ‘Helena’ or ‘Hydrograaf’.

Embarkation: 11pm in the Veerhaven, Rotterdam
Disembarkation: 4pm in the Veerhaven, Rotterdam
Price: € 65,- including coffee, tea and a delicious ships’ lunch. After arrival in the Veerhaven you, and all the others on the quayside, are welcome at the reception party. Want to book the day trip? Send an email to info@oosterschelde.nl.

For all the people waiting on the quayside, we will set up a tent on the Westerkade, right next to the berth of the ‘Oosterschelde’. In case of bad weather you can wait there and take a look at our photo and video footage of the voyage around the world. As soon as the ship is alongside the crew will also come to the tent for the welcome home reception, from 4-7pm. There will be a small entry fee of € 5, kids are welcome for free.
