A good start

With the last daylight we left Horta. The engine helped us the first few hours with little wind in the São Jorge channel. Now we see Terceira disappearing behind us. This will be the last piece of land that we will see for the coming days. The wind is coming from the north-northeast and we keep an easterly course. With a bit of luck we will find more favourable wind today. The weather is good; the sun comes shining through the clouds regularly and besides a few raindrops early this morning it is dry.
