Phase 1

The first phase of our work is almost finished. The last welders have disappeared from the ship and the first layers of paint are on the new steel. First it was unpleasant on board due to the dust and smoke now we have the heavy smell and fumes of the paint. But the smell will quickly disappear and the result makes it all worth it. Tomorrow also the hull will get a fresh coat of antifouling. With some excitement we look forward to Wednesday. In the afternoon at 15:00 at high tide, we will go back into the water again.
