Lazy Sunday

Monday, Febr 1rst 2016.
Over 50 hours passed since we left the Cabo Verdean islands. We started with a nice wind from behind, but that decreased on Sunday. With the motor and autopilot on we searched for better winds, which we found on Monday morning. Now the wind and current give us a nice speed of over 7 knots in the good direction.
The Sunday rest was taken by all sorts of little tasks. Washing clothes, making a cover for an antenna, sewing a hole in the gaff topsail. And of cource reading books, listening to music, having pleasent conversations and looking at the waves, where the flying fishes had their own ballet show. For 3 of those the dance ended last night on our deck. A night that was extremely dark: clouds prevented us seeing the usual magnificant starfilled sky.
