Bahia de Las Minas

In Bahia de Las Minas we got new stores and bunkers, and captains changed again: Gerben is on his way home and Maarten is back on board after a short holiday in the Caribbean. This afternoon we finished up with the authorities and at 16:00hrs the pilot came on board for departure. We set the jib and the mainsail with a reef and we motor sailed into the night to our next destination: Veracruz, Mexico. At this point the wind is coming from the north, but the forecast says it will shift to the east. Therefore our western course is not too bad, we will make it up later.
