Block-change-program

Well we won’t trust the forecast anymore! We were sailing nicely when I sent the last message and not even half an hour later the wind disappeared. And stayed away for 18 hours! When it came back it was weak but we could sail again. After 6 hours we had to switch the engine on again. Now we have wind but it’s headwind so we are still on engine. 
There is one advantage we don’t have to steer the whole time so we have time for maintenance. We are busy with a block-change-program. All blocks are being thoroughly checked and if they are not good enough they are being changed for good one. The old ones are being fixed up and they are good as new. These are being changed with the next block that needs to be fixed up… Besides the blocks we are varnishing and painting on deck in the masts and at night we do chores inside.
