After that wild night at São Nicolau weather conditions seem to be back to ‘normal’. The wind was a bit too easterly to be able to sail to Boa Vista in a straight course, but now, sailing from Boa Vista to Santa Maria on Sal, we are lucky. At the moment we are a few miles from the coast. We will try to repeat what we did last time: sailing all the way to the dropping of the anchor in front of the beach.
