Îles de la Madeleine

At the end of the morning we arrived at Îles de la Madeleine. After our morning coffee in the sun on deck some or our guests went hiking, others rented bikes and a few enjoyed the weather and Wi-Fi on a local terrace.
The ‘Europa’ joined us to the islands and decided to depart that evening. They gave us a beautiful show by departing under sail while the sun was setting.
We stayed the night and departed, also under sail, this morning. Our goal is the pilot station in the bay of Miramichi, west of the Madeleine’s we hope to arrive there at the end of the day. We have spotted some wildlife again, yesterday night we came across a group of Minke whales. The wind will increase tonight, so we are going to look for a nice sheltered spot to drop anchor.
