Bumpy

As said the weather reports where not very favourable and unfortunately, the forecast was correct! 
If you want to pass Florida from west to east you have the current with you, which seems good. But when the wind is coming from the complete opposite direction, the waves build up. More wind, more waves. And we have a nice northeast wind of 20-25 knots… So that makes this a very bumpy ride! 
But we hope somewhere during the day (it’s now midnight) to be east enough so we can start steering north. The current will be north too, and the wind will shift to the east. And we will be closer to the Bahama’s (luff side), so the waves will be lower. This should all result in us making up for lost time.
