Ramsgate

This week we are making a trip from Flushing to Rotterdam. The goal was to make a visit to the UK. And because the forecast predicted lots of southern wind we decided not to go too far north. With a detour we ended up in Ramsgate for a short stop. Yesterday afternoon we left again and crossed the Thames estuary. Last night we dropped anchor on the river Stour and today we will sail up the river Orwell. We will pay Ipswich a visit again and then we are going to decide what would be the best time to make the crossing back to the Dutch coast.
