Maintenance in Mindelo

This time we are not doing a ‘normal’ Cape Verde trip. A group of friends has chartered the ship to go sailing for a few days from Mindelo. When we said goodbye to the last guests and after a crew change, we hoisted the anchors and went to São Vicente already. The sheltered bay of Porto Grande is always a good spot.

We now have a few days to prepare and to do a bit of maintenance. While the sun is shining, there is music coming from the speakers and are painting away. Not a bad day at all!
