Maintenance

After the day trip from Maassluis the OOSTERSCHELDE returned to her homeport Rotterdam for maintenance. The sails were taken off and are brought to the sailmaker, the laundry went to the dry cleaners and the carpenters of Woodwave started working on the floor in the captain’s cabin.

Last Sunday we sailed to Stellendam, to the dry-dock. The propeller is taken off and went for service to Bremerhaven. Today the propeller is ready and will come back to Stellendam. On Monday morning the propeller will be put back on and the ship can go back into the water.
