No Internet

The Internet wasn’t working in Cape Verde. And on board we are used to being without, but I do notice that I count on everyone else having internet. That became clear the day before yesterday when I was trying to arrange a guide for the excursion on Boa Vista.

Yesterday I still didn’t have an answer on the two emails that I sent the day before. So we did it the old-fashioned way and went to shore to arrange drivers ourselves. But what happened was that the guide did receive the mails, but he could not respond anymore. As a result the pier was filled with pick-up trucks and guides: all for us… Cabo Verde. No stress.
