The maintenance

After the guests disembarked, we started on the maintenance of the ship. The crew is working very hard all over the ship. We even get to places we do not visit often.

For example, we are busy in the engine room. Here, we are painting but also active with refurbishing and improving various parts. Richard, the cook, is also working below deck. He is painting the stores.

The crew is also working hard above deck. The ship will be completely cleaned and various parts of the ship are updated and repaired. The masts and pin rails are sanded and varnished, making the ship look as new again.
