Tuna
We usually arrive in the middle of the night in the bay of Tarafal, Santiago. The bay is open and large enough to sail into at night. We do have to pay attention to the small boats of the local fishermen, who are usually working just at the entrance of the bay. When it gets light, they return from sea and sell their fish on the beach. This morning, we bought a yellowfin tuna from a fisherman. In the bucket behind him, you can see the hand lines used to catch the fish. Yellowfin tuna is overfished in many places. But not here!
