Final days here

Inside the ship, you can hear the waves pounding against the bow and the wind howling through the rigging. Outside, the air is full of foam blowing off the wave tops and if you want, you can lean against the wind.

After a nice calm day, there is another storm. This one has been on all night now and only tonight does the wind seem to be decreasing. Even at anchor, it makes you a little restless, but with the sun that has just come up, it’s also a nice sight. Just a few more days here. Then we will have seen enough of this place and will continue our journey through the Magellan Strait and along the Chilean coast.
