Old news
The news supply to you has not been too good over the past few days. Precisely because there was so much to do, writing a small piece of news fell through. But to tell you now what we did days ago would be a bit too much, so we’ll forget about it. Besides, we are already on our way again with a new group of guests to new islands.
Today we were on Huahine, one of the Society islands. The pilot mentioned that it is not spectacular and let everyone think that, then it will stay a bit quiet. But the pilot was wrong: Huahine is a beautiful green island with large natural bays in a beautiful lagoon. We had a fantastic day! We sailed out of the lagoon just before sunset and under a beautiful starry sky we are now sailing towards Bora Bora. By making this crossing at night, we gain a day. A day we plan to use to see one of the most famous and iconic islands of this group , for that is Bora Bora. Tomorrow looks set to be another sun-drenched day and we want to make the most of that as this weekend looks like rain. So we sail across a calm Pacific with a gentle tailwind. We expect to arrive around sunrise.
